Lorraine passed peacefully with family at her side on December 19, 2021. At the age of 83, she joined her beloved husband in heaven. Lorraine was born and raised in Honolulu and had a career as a Licensed Practical Nurse before taking on her most challenging role, that of full time wife, mother, homemaker and caregiver. Treasured by all who knew her, she will be remembered for her sweet, quiet demeanor, and kind, gentle soul. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she cherished family and nurtured those around her. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard and older sister Rachel Stone. Survived by daughters, Lorrie Luke (Scot Takemoto), Denise Luke (Kevin Hanney), and Kimberly Chan (Joe Chan); five grandchildren, Davis Luke and Connor Takemoto, Collin Hanney, Nathan and Joshua Chan; her sisters and brother, Jane Tome, Joan Ringor, Susan Oshiro, Carol Yamane and Robert Tome (Anne).Memorial services will be held in person on Saturday, July 16, 2021.
