76, of Kaneohe, passed away on March 31, 2022. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired State of Hawaii Unemployment Tax Auditor for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Les worked as a part-time employee for Hosoi Garden Mortuary. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Arakaki) Tom; son, Bradley Tom; daughter, Kristie (Zachary) Rickert; grandson, Kyler Rickert; brother, Donald Tom, and sister, Theresa (Robert) Inouye.
