88, of Mokuleia, a retired Colonel for the United States Air Force, passed away on June 20, 2022 at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. He is survived by son Marc (Trisha) and daughter Eve; step daughter Tina (Frank) and step son Heico; and 4 grand- children. Bill is preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Heilwig A. Nations. Services were held on July 2 at the Wahiawa United Methodist Church.
