Yukiko Nakasone
96, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. She was born on December 19, 1925 in Papa'aloa, Hawaii. Yukiko worked at many restaurants to include ownership of Bishop Delicatessen in downtown Honolulu and finally retiring from Arcadia Retirement Residence. After retirement, she joined the Kilauea Okinawan Dance Group and performed many years at the Okinawan Festival. Yukiko was predeceased by her husband Chomatsu Nakasone. She is survived by daughter Vivian (James) Sawa, sons Jerald (Lorraine), Vernon (Aimee) and Eric, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
