Rodgers Lawrence Lolena Naipo, Sr., 83 of Waimanalo passed away on July 6, 2022, in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu, was a U.S. Navy veteran, retired as a Honolulu City & County Wastewater Superintendent and a highly revered Hawaiian musician & entertainer. He is survived by son Rodgers "Lena" (Lei) Jr.; daughters Rene "Leinaala" (Michael) Lowe and Rena "Leihala" (Earl) Mitchell; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brother Henry "John" Naipo.
Visitation: 9:00 a.m.; Service: 11:00 a.m.; on Friday, July 29, 2022, at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, East Chapel.
Committal service: 2:00 p.m. at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. Arrangements Provided By:
