He worked as a civil service employee for the federal government.
He is survived by his wife, Harolyn; sons Charles (Brittney) and Thomas; five grandchildren Charles Jr, Abcde (Matthew) Manalo, Chase, Amber (Austin) Casey and Kale and ten great- grandchildren.
Service August 9, 2022 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. and Service 11:00 a.m. Casual Attire.
