73, of Mililani, passed away on July 19, 2022. He was born December 14, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio. A graduate of Parma Senior High School, Ohio State University and University of Southern California, he retired from the US Navy in 1994 as a Lt. Commander and went on to teach college courses at Hawaii Pacific University and completed work as a Naval contractor for the US Government and finally retired in 2019. Patrick is survived by his wife of 45 years Violeta Mayock (Julie) and their children, Brian Mayock & Shannon Mayock Cain, & son Thomas Mayock from a previous marriage, granddaughters Ava Cain, Isabelle Cain & Anita Mayock and son in law Ross Cain and daughter in law Kara Canite.
Celebration of life ceremony will be held on September 8, 2022 at Saint John's Evangelist Catholic Church in Mililani, HI. Celebration of life will begin at 10:30am followed by Mass at 11:00am.
