86, of Honolulu, a retired administrator for the Department of Education, passed away on June 29, 2022 at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Elaine; son, Bruce (Julietta); daughter, Ellen Okazaki; sisters, Linnea Foss and Myra Jo Smith; and two grandchildren. Private services were held.
