81, of Honolulu, passed away July 21, 2022. He graduated from St Louis High School and the University of Hawaii. He retired from the Board of Water Supply. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, children Tishia Schwenke and Brian Souza, 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Logan and Kortlyn Schwenke and Nolan Souza. He is also survived by brothers Ronald and Leroy Souza. Private services held.
