Born on April 2, 1926, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Francisco died on August 17, 2022, in Honolulu. After his service in the army, he attended Bradley University where he met Martha Lau and they were married in 1954. Frank was a devoted member of United Church of Christ - Judd St. He was a public school teacher with the State of Hawaii and retired from King Intermediate School. Frank was a camp director at Camp Harold R. Erdman, where he spent many memorable summers with his family and friends. He was also a travel escort with Fly Away Holidays, his family enjoyed numerous unforgettable road trips throughout the United States and Canada. He is survived by his wife, Martha, 4-children: Stephanie Leong, Francis Keoni Alip, Kimberly Muranaka, Shauna Alip and 8 grandchildren.
