92, of Kaneohe, passed away on August 27, 2022. Born in Urakawa, Shizuoka, Japan, she was a retired tour guide for JTB Hawaii. Preceded in death by her daughter, Valda Yee, she is survived by her husband, George Fumio Takata; son, Daryl (Norine) Takata; four grandchildren; brothers, Nobuyasu, Koshi and Noboru Bito; sisters, Setsuko Konno and Noriko (Masaki) Sato.
