Born in Salem, Massachusetts, she moved to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1958 and never looked back. In Hawaii, she embraced her love of teaching, first teaching at a community college and then at Star of the Sea before retiring.
She was a master bridge player and an avid tennis player. She will be remembered for her strength, independence and being a supportive Mother.
She is survived by her daughter Tiffani Bova.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to
St. Jude's in her name.
