William K. Victor, aka Billy, 79, passed away at home in Nanakuli, July 20, 2021. A Graduate of Waianae High School, Class of 1961. A Vietnam War Veteran drafted in 1964 by the U.S. Army, honorable discharge in addition to receiving the Vietnam Service Medal as an Expert Rifleman with the M14. Retired with 25 years of service as a City & County Lifeguard. He so loved the ocean, his hot rods, and Jane, beloved mom, Aunty & Tutu, whom he took care of until her passing in September 2000. He is survived by sisters Pauline Texeira and Donnalou Kahai, generations of nieces & nephews, cousins, and friends. And after being called home to the Lord, he has fulfilled his life long goal of living for the mileage. Uncle Billy's own words, "All about the mileage baby!" Due to Covid, Private Services held.
