Dominica "Minnie" Holi, born 30th of September 1924, passed away surrounded by family, 31st of August at 97 years of age. She is survived by daughters, Linda (Kevin) Ahrens from Washington, Sylvia (Tony) Acosta, and son John Jr. (Jeannine). Born in Honolulu, Mom worked for the Sheraton Hotels for 29 years, retired as a Payroll Clerk. She lived a vibrant life, traveling with Dad annually throughout the Northwest, Canada and Las Vegas. She loved gardening, active in Luk Tung Kuen, weight-lifting and volunteered at Kuakini Hospital. Mom cherished time with her family, six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, John K. Holi, Sr, parents Victorino & Dominga Valencia, and sister, Geraldine Alapasco. So loved, Mom will be sorely missed. A memorial will be held to honor Mom at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, Kaneohe on October 10, 2022 at 9:30 AM.
