With a rainbow forming outside his window, Blake Yiht Sum Zakahi, son of Jennifer and Blayne and brother to Zachary, passed away peacefully on the morning of September 8, 2022 at the age of 26. Blake was a warrior who was an example of fortitude and strength as he overcame numerous health challenges throughout his young life with Jenny, Blayne, Zack and his extended family at his side providing constant love and support.Mahalo to all Blake's friends who helped him experience and enjoy his life. A Celebration of Life will be held.
