Brian Suite was a humble and kind young man. A 2010 graduate of Punahou School, he helped the school win state championships in football, baseball, and track and field. Among his many achievements, Brian received the Varsity Football "Lokomaika'i Award" for "selfless commitment to the team."In 2014, Brian earned a degree in Business Administration from Utah State University where he was a key part of the Winningest Senior Class in the History of USU Football. He later turned pro and played in the 2015 NFL preseason as a safety for the Detroit Lions. Brian then settled in Seattle where he began a successful career in real estate.
Brian lost a valiant battle to a rare cancer in 2020. He was 28 years old. His father Howard Suite passed away in 2019. Brian is survived by his mother Wendy Suite; grandmother Barbara Marumoto-Coons; uncles: Marshall Marumoto, Jay Marumoto, Ted Coons, Charlie Coons, Jack Suite; aunts Megan Marumoto and Jill Johnston, and their families.
Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 15, 2022, 3:00 p.m. at the Punahou Chapel.
