87, passed away in Las Vegas, NV, on July 10, 2022. He was born in Koloa, Kauai and graduated from Kauai High School. He retired from Associated Steel Co., Ltd. Survived by his wife, Floy Okutsu and sons Colin (Yvonne) Okutsu, Darryl (Vey) Okutsu, Ross (Kil Cha) Okutsu. Grandchildren, Madyson, Nicholas, Joss, and Keara. Private services were held.
