Dionicio A. Cadiz, 98, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on September 3rd, 2022 after living a very gratifying life. Born on October 14th, 1923 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he originally came to Hawaii as a Sakada worker and later retired as a Stevedore Longshoreman in 1985 from Hawaii Stevedores Inc. He is survived by his wife Lourdes of 63 years; daughter MaryJean Bassett (AJ); son Jeffrey Cadiz (Sarah); five grand- children, Jordan Cadiz (Jennifer), Jessica Cadiz, Jennifer Kaio (Daniel), Jacqueline Bassett, and Jamie Cadiz; four great- grandchildren, Raidyn and Akemi Cadiz, and Mika and Jayden Kaio. Services held on October 29th, 2022 at the Valley of the Temples with viewing at 10:00am followed by burial at 2:00pm. Arrangements Provided By:
