Elroy Chun passed away peacefully in Honolulu, HI - at age 94. He was a dedicated, hardworking professional who enjoyed a long career serving Hawaii as the Assistant Manager of the General Contractors Association, as the Executive Director of the Building Industry Association, and as a Labor Union Advocate for the Plumbers Union. Elroy was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Chun (2008) and his son Eric Chun (2022), who both succumbed to ALS. He was a longstanding and loyal political advocate for ALS funding and research.
