68, of Honolulu, a retired clerk for the City and County of Honolulu Licensing Department, passed away on June 16, 2022 at Hale Nani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter, Kristen Murashige; brother, Fred (Elaine) Higa, Jr.; and sisters, Elaine Arakaki, Elva (Warren) Furuya and Lynn (Kenneth) Ikehara. Private services were held.
