81, of Manoa, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family at home on October 11, 2022. Born on April 14, 1941, Michael was a graduate of Roosevelt High School, Northwestern University Dental School and University of Detroit Mercy - School of Dentistry. He was a highly regarded Endodontist for 35 years at Endodontic Associates, where he was a founding member. Michael is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gail; sons Sean (Kris) Tajima and Scott (Erin) Tajima; daughter Misha Morioka (Scott); grandchildren Emiko and Akiko Tajima, Kyra and Kenzi Tajima, Alex Morioka. Services will be held on Monday, October 24 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary with visitation beginning at 4 pm followed by services at 5 pm. We kindly ask that masks be worn.
