Pablo was born March 01, 1935, 87 years ago on the island of Kauai in Kapaa. Raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Pablo attended St. Patrick's School, was a graduate of St. Louis High School Class of 1953 and attended Chaminade College. Pablo worked at McCabe, Remy and Hamilton as a stevedore and a wharf clerk. Pablo retired after 46 years of dedicated service.
Pablo was a loving and devoted husband of 67 years to Clara-Anne Cortez. Survived by daughters, Crystal A. Cortez-Dall and Charisse Solomon (Vincent), sons, Pablo S. Cortez, III, Carlton-Wade E. Cortez, and Clifton-Ward A. Cortez. Loved by sisters, Loretta Bednorz, Patricia Eason and brother Warren Cortez. Along with 8 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren, countless nieces, nephews, uncles and aunties that completed His extended family.
Pablo's spirit and humor touched many and will be truly missed by all.
