Clifford is a U.S. Army veteran, serving two tours in Vietnam. He then joined the Honolulu Police Department and retired as Sergeant in 1994. He enjoyed being involved with his children's activities from Pop Warner football, Kaneohe Outrigger Canoe Club, soccer, volleyball, and more. Post retirement, he enjoyed refining his artistic skills, working on his puzzles, watching his grand- babies grow, and most of all, spending time with his wife that he adored. We will remember his kalohe-ness, wicked sense of humor, and his aloha spirit.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Helene Momilani; children Jason Kalepa (Elsa), Tracey Anne (Andrew) Bright, Leonytte, Lauahi (Melanie) League, and Matthew (Pune) Muaava; Sisters Rosemary and Rebecca; Brothers Mark (predeceased), Charles (predeceased) and Norman; 11 grandchildren, two great-grand- children and many nieces and nephews.
