99, of Waipahu, HI, passed away on September 19th, 2022. He was born on February 14th, 1923 in Lahaina, Maui. Richard retired from the Pioneer Mill Sugar Company and was a U.S. Army Veteran in the 442nd. He loved to fish, sing karaoke and spend time with his beloved family. He is predeceased by his wife Hisaye Nomura. Richard is survived by his daughters Lori Noborikawa and Jenny Nomura and his grandsons Brent Noborikawa and Curtis Noborikawa the third. He leaves behind his sisters Margaret Tanabe and Dorothy Sakuma. Services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at Waipahu Hongwanji Mission. Open to the public and casual attire.
