CAROLINE MIYAKO INFANTE
CAROLINE MIYAKO INFANTEOur beloved Caroline Miyako Infante, née Caroline Miyako Kudo, passed away at home on October 1, 2022, at age 82. She was the founder and director of the legendary Islandwide Crafts & Food Expos at the Blaisdell Center since 1987. Caroline, who proudly attended Farrington High School and University of Hawaii, was a highly successful and self-taught businesswoman, clothing designer, seamstress and crafter. She was also a concert-level pianist; incredible cook and baker; and beautiful, dynamic, generous, devoted, loving soul who is deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children: Esme M. Infante, Sonia K. Infante, Serena K.M.I. Cook, and Brandon M. Infante; her siblings: E. Takeo Kudo, Marian (Kudo) Soo and Kenneth Kudo; seven grandchildren; and two nieces and a nephew. She is predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Raymond Infante; her parents, Alfred and Ellen Kudo; and her sister Katherine Kudo.

Visitation will start at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Service begins at 6:00 p.m. "No flowers" requested. Please wear aloha attire ... OR dress up in your favorite outfit, in honor of Caroline's famous style!
