Retired from the Postal Service after 40 years. Bobby was an avid fisherman who had an eye for "tako", gardner, and excellent cook.
Baseball was a great part of the Nishi Ohana. Bobby played for the Sheridan AJA and Midas Softball Team under Coach Les Murakami. Known for his speed and batting skills.
Survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosemary, son Royden, daughter Renee (Ernesto Bantolina) and granddaughter Erica Nishi-Bantolina. Also brothers James and Wayne (Lorna) from Kauai, sister Janet Kagihara (Bob) and many nieces and nephews.
At his request, there was no memorial service. His ashes were scattered at Maunalua Bay on Sunday, October 23rd, 2022.
