92, of Kailua, passed away on October 18, 2022. He was born in Honolulu and worked as a Civil Engineer for the City & County of Honolulu Public Works Division. He retired from the US Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and also worked 4 years for the US Navy. Survivors include his loving wife, Roberta; sons Randell (Margaret), Jeffrey (Raenette); daughters Susan and Lucille; brothers Lionel and Daniel; sisters Betty Murasaki, Lillian Shimotsukasa (Roy), and Leatrice Masaki (Roy).
