104, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on September 24. Born in Kaka'ako, Oahu she was preceded in death by her husband Tsugio "Bob" Sakai and is survived by her son Wayne; daughters Lynne (Edward) Gordon and Lauren (Robert) Matsumoto; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed traveling to Japan, faithfully going to church and her weekly visits to the hairdresser. She will always be remembered for her thoughtfulness and her love for her family and Jesus. Private services were held by family celebrating her life. Arrangements Provided By:
