Born October 29, 1936 in Honolulu, HI, he passed away peacefully at home on October 12, 2022 at age 85. He retired from Theo H. Davies & Company, where he worked as a hydraulic mechanic for 36 years. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, daughters Laurene (Jason) Kurata and Rachel (Brian Kraus), grandsons Tyler & Matthew Kurata, sister Nancy Sakai and nieces & nephews. Private services held.
