83, of Pearl City, a Vietnam War Army veteran and retired vice president for Water Resources International, passed away on October 30, 2022 at Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Eleele, Kauai. He is survived by his wife, Jean; son, Kyle; daughters, Sharisse (Mark) Nakasone and Kimberly (Allen) Golden; sister, Jean Yoshida; five grandchildren.
