Affectionately known as Jamie or "J", passed away peacefully at the age of 66 on Monday, October 10, 2022 at home in the company of loved ones. Jamie was preceded in death by parents James and Wynette, brother James Jr (Terri) and sister Charlene (George). She is survived by spouse William "Bill" Ellersick, son Michael (Danielle), daughters Leila and Leesa (Willy), sisters Robin (Mark) and Sharon (Frank), grand- children Dominique, Helena, Shalyah, Chylee, Aurryanna, Joseph, Brandon, Marcella, Chase, Cienna and Teva, great-grand- children Fono, Kukia'i, Ramiel and Raziel, and many cousins, nephews and nieces.With a preference for the simpler things in life, J's wants were few. Her ability to love, however, was great and became greater with each generation. J held a special place in her heart for her mo'opuna, as they hold in their hearts for her.
A celebration of J's life was held October 22, 2022, simple and beautiful, just the way she would have liked it. In keeping with her style, inurnment will be a simple and brief service at Oahu Cemetery on December 8, 2022 at 10:00 am.
Your wings are well-earned, it's now time for you to fly. As you join our 'Ohana in Heaven, know you will all remain forever in our hearts. Aloha A Hui Hou
