He was a chef and restaurant owner. He opened Kalihi Chop Suey and C&M Lunch Wagon, near the airport. People came from all over the island for his good food. He retired in 1991 and enjoyed cooking for his 7 grandchildren and family.
He is survived by his wife May Yuk, children Amy (Arthur) Fujioka, Linda (Ryan) Luke and Raymond (Blythe) Ng. Seven grandchildren: Nicholas, Macy, Tyler, Zachary, Abigail, Alicia, and Shelby.
Services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023 at the Valley of the Temples, Main Chapel. 11:00 am Visitation, 12:00 pm Service.
