Age 81, of Ewa Beach, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on January 28, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on May 14, 1941 in Honolulu, to Frank and Rose Higgins. He retired from Board of Water Supply as a Maintenance Mechanic Forman. Survived by his wife, Elaine, children, Robert K. Higgins Jr. (preceded-in-death) (Denise); Derek L. Higgins (Maile); Iris L. Higgins; Dominic L. Higgins; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grand- children; brother: Francis L. Higgins (Diane) and sister: Marjorie laea. Services to be held @ Valley of the Temples New Chapel on February 14, 2023; viewing 9:30am to 10:30 am; service at 11:00am; burial will be on February 15, 2023 at 1:00pm at Punchbowl Cemetery.
