March 20th, 1960 - January 13th, 2023. Beloved wife to husband Noel, mom to daughters Whitney and Marisa, sons Easton, Joey and Jake, Meemaw to grandsons Treyton and Trevyn. Lynne was by trade a veterinary technician. However, in reality Lynne was the most loving, caring nurturing mother to her 5 children and caregiver to her in-laws, Robert and Betty Torigoe. She also helped her sister, Caryn, with their parents George and Jane Nikaido. Lynne's passion for all creatures great and small were well known. Every fallen bird, run-over turtle, injured dog, cat, or rabbit found it's way to Lynne, who would nurse it back to health. Dogs, geese, ducks, chickens, cockatiels, fish, mice, rabbits all at one time or another called her house home. Lynne also loved crafting, gardening, horseback riding, and traveling to Japan to visit daughter, Whitney, during her tour in Sasebo. Lynne battled cancer for 2 1/2 years before leaving us to join her mom and dad, her family by her side. Cancer took Lynne from us way too soon. So many things left on her bucket list remain. She hoped one day her kids would finish her list for her. Lynne is survived by her husband Noel, daughters Whitney Smith (Jess), Marisa, sons Easton (Kerrie-Ann), Joey and Jake (Jenna), grandsons Treyton and Trevyn (Jake, Jenna), brothers Mark and Keith Nikaido, and sister Caryn Hashimoto. Lynne was also blessed with many uncles, aunties, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Private services held.
