Of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away on November 7, 2022. He was born on November 21, 1925 in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.He is survived by his wife, Fely E. Ugalde; sons, Richard G. Ugalde (Barbara), Noland G. Ugalde (Joan Record), and Frank C. Ugalde, Jr. (Elaine); daughter, Grace E. Ugalde (Magnus Magnusson); and nine grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am, and service at 11:00 am. Burial to follow 12:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
