98, of Pearl City, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023. She was born in Lahaina, Maui on Feb. 7, 1924. She worked as an accountant for the Department of Defense on Okinawa until her retirement in 1983. Survived by son Ronald, daughter Joyce Dauby; 2 grand- children, 4 great-grandchildren; brothers Thomas & Walter Nakama and sister Gladys Oancea. Visitation was Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Borthwick Mortuary with burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park, Kaneohe.
