Barbara "Bobbie" Omoto, 78, of Pearl City, retired Secretary for the Men's Basketball program at University of Hawaii at Manoa, passed away on October 7, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born in Kalihi to Kamekichi & Tsuruko Higa. She is survived by husband, Ralph Omoto; brother, Gary (Joyce) Higa; daughter, Lisa (Ryan) Kaminaga; sons, Mark (Brandi) Omoto and Stephen; and one grandchild.
