84, of Honolulu, passed away on December 26, 2022. He was born on January 13, 1938 to Kam Hon and Mildred Chang. He was a graduate of Maryknoll High School and University of St. Thomas where he earned a degree in Social Welfare and later served as a Probation Officer with the State of Hawaii for 30+ years. Bob was an avid fisherman and was known to many as "Tako Bob" for his unique talent of catching octopus from a homemade surfboard with an outboard motor. He also loved tennis and played well into his 80's. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his son, Delbert (Yve), his daughter, Lynnette (Kendall) and three grandsons and a grand- daughter as well as siblings, Herbert, Marilyn and Albert along with numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held on March 28, 2023 at 11 AM @ Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, LLC; visitation begins at 10 AM. Arrangements Provided By:
