Bradford Kuuipoaloha Bennett, 78, of Hilo and formerly of Oahu, died Dec. 14, 2022 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Lahaina, he was a retired police officer for the City and County of Honolulu, a security supervisor for Matson Shipping and a veteran of the U.S. Army. A celebration of his life will take place from 4-7 p.m. Friday (March 24, 2023) at the Hawaii National Guard Association Center located at 891 Valkenburg St., Honolulu, Oahu. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Haunani Bennett of Hilo; sons, Brad Kaleookalani Bennett of Hilo, Brent Keliipono Bennett of Honolulu; grand- children, Hunter and Logan Bennett of Honolulu.
