Thelma Misao Hasuike of Honolulu, age 104, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2023. Born in Kainaliu, Kona, on January 5, 1919; she relocated to Oahu in her early twenties and enjoyed a long and full life with her family, relatives and friends.Thelma was predeceased by her husband Takashi Hasuike; grandson Kyle Fujii and is survived by son, Curtis; daughters, Shirley Fujii, Gail (Melvin) Miyashiro, Wanda (Craig) Ota; Sandra (Clyde) Hirata; 7 grandhildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Thelma will be remembered by all who knew her for her gentle smile and warm and caring personality.
