Age 82, passed away on February 2, 2023, at Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. Cookie was born on November 26, 1940, in Wahiawa to Andres and Maria Navares. A 1958 Leilehua High School graduate, Cookie married Andrew John "Andy" Low in 1960 and settled in Waipahu. Cookie is survived by their four children: Derrick Low, Rowena "Rena" Low, Corinne (Fred) Rulloda, and René (Chad) Iwane; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and her sister Miriam (Baron) Toyama.
Services will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Visitation: 6:00 p.m.; Service: 7:00 p.m.; Burial:10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 12th at Mililani Memorial Park.
