76She was employed at Hawaiian Tel for 38 years. After retirement, Evelyn enjoyed helping at her son's company, Mobile Car Audio.
Although she enjoyed traveling to Vegas and her favorite past time, sewing, her true love was family. Always someone you could count on and true to her word; she fought a valiant battle against pancreatic cancer for many years. Her entire ohana will miss her excellent potato macaroni salad, her sage advice and support.
Evie is survived by her loving family; husband Michael Mizuno; son Ryan (Ann Bae) Lung, daughter Tracie Lung; brothers, Rodney (Winnie) Nemoto, Eric (Mary Ann) Nemoto; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew.
Celebration of Life Friday April 21, 2023. Visitation 10 am - Celebration 11 am, followed by refreshments. Inurnment Hawaii State Veterans Memorial.
Casual attire. Masks required.
