Age 92 passed away peacefully at home on March 16, 2023. Richard will be remembered as a Korean and Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army for 30 years. He did Real Estate and work for Hawaiian Electric and decided that it was not his passion. He moved to Leucadia, CA in 1980 and started a nursery raising orchids and plants. In 2005, Richard decided to return to Hawaii, and sold his nursery. He returned to Honolulu to be with his family. He is survived by his wife Akemi Nagahama and son Richard Mow Jr.Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. April 25, 2023, at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Burial to follow at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
