Kum Ye “Sandy” Arcieri
Kum Ye Kum Ye "Sandy" Arcieri (61) of Mililani, HI passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 1, 2023. She was born on December 30, 1961, in Boseong, South Korea, to Sam Kun Yi and Jeom Sun Yi.
