Ruth Matsuyo Arakawa, 91, of Kahaluu, passed away on February 25, 2023 in Kahaluu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son, Mark; and sisters, Cynthia Kobashikawa and Flora (John) Signor. She was preceded in death by her daughter Joan in 1999 and her husband Kiyoshi in 2005. Visitation at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service at 4:00 p.m. Mask required.
