96, of Honolulu, passed away on February 14, 2023 at Hale Ku'ike Nuuanu. She was born in Nagasaki-ken, Japan. For 40 years, Teruko was the head cook at Burgerland Drive In, retiring on February 10, 1992. She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, and traveling. Teruko is survived by sons Stanley (Julie) and Kenneth, daughter-in-law Diane, 4 grandchildren, 5 great- grandchildren, 2 sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Services were private.
