Lawrence is survived by his beloved wife: Yuri Miwa; children: Stephen Miwa (Carrie), Jackie Uyeno (Steve), Jim Miwa (Gaye), Eddie Miwa; grandchildren: Chloe Miwa, Nicholas Miwa, Matthew Miwa, Jacob Uyeno.
Private memorial services were held on May 1st, 2023 at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel.
