Frances Mutsue Akimseu

91, of Honolulu, a retired manager for Wisteria Restaurant, passed away on February 11, 2023 at The Plaza Pearl City. She was born in Kualapuu, Molokai. She is survived by brothers, George, Barney (Mae), Robert (Helen), Douglas (Janet), Larry (Amy) and Ricky (Ayako) Shiraishi; and sisters, Clara Mahoe, Violet Nakano and Marion Snyder. Private services were held.
