Tracy Mitsuo Nakamoto (59) of Honolulu, HI passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. He was born on April 7, 1963, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Betsy (Aiko) and Don T. Nakamoto. He graduated from Farrington High School in 1981. He helped run Nakamoto's Service Station (Kam IV Road) before owning his own tow truck business Nakamoto's Towing Service. Tracy was preceded in death by his parents Betsy (Aiko) and Don T. Nakamoto, daughter Jonalyn Nakamoto, and brothers Clinton (Joanne) and Michael Nakamoto. Survived by brother Don Nakamoto; daughters Donalyn and Tracie-lyn Nakamoto; granddaughters Ellyana and Emma; former wife, Janell Usherwood; nieces and nephews.
Public service will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation at 9:00 am. Service at 10:00 am. Mask required. Family requests your presence in lieu of flowers.
