Anne E. Watts, formerly Anne E. Matthews, passed away at her home in Kaumana, Hawaii, on April 18, 2023. A beloved school teacher, Anne is survived by her husband, Joey Watts; her son, Thomas (Nicole) Matthews; her daughter, Donna (Elijah) McCluer; three grandsons: Jonah Bento, Bodhi and Hazen Matthews and her brother, Tim (Laura) Yeh.Anne's Celebration of Life Memorial Church Service will be held at Hilo New Hope Christian Fellowship, 840 Kupulau Road, on Saturday, May 20, 2023. A second memorial service, with the ocean scattering of her ashes, will be held on her birthday, February 3, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Richardson Ocean Park in Keaukaha.
